Innovation

Why Innovation

By promoting gender-inclusive innovation in Uganda, the Gender Tech Initiative Uganda will create a more equitable and inclusive innovation ecosystem that benefits all Ugandans. It will also help to promote the development of innovative technologies that address the unique challenges faced by women and other marginalized groups, leading to greater social and economic development for the country as a whole.

Meet ATIM.

We don’t just talk about innovation, we create it! Meet ATIM, our new generative AI-powered solution designed to break down language barriers and make education truly accessible for everyone. Unlike anything else in the market, ATIM will seamlessly translate local Acholi language, convert sign language to text and audio, and operate across web and mobile platforms. This will ensure that no one is left behind in the digital revolution.

ATIM isn’t just a tool, it’s a game-changer for inclusive, AI-powered learning. It is designed with a special focus on illiterate and disabled individuals, and will help to bridge communication gaps and open doors to education.

We are excited to be building a future where language unites us, not divides us.

Want to see it in action? Click here to explore ATIM and experience the future of inclusive learning. (It’s still in development, but we couldn’t wait to share the excitement!)

GTI creates interactive and engaging experiences that promote STEM learning for girls who are often underrepresented in the field of STEM.
