Ms. Evelynn Angeyo

Board Chair

Meet Ms. Evelynn Angeyo and seasoned Human Resource practitioner. With over 13 years of experience serving at the helm of both International and National organisations, she brings on board strong management expertise.

Evelynn Angeyo holds a master’s degree in management studies – HRM, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences – Social Administration, and she’s a Certified Employee Performance Coach with the Transformation Academy.

Evelynn has trained for Board Readiness with the Strathmore University Business School in Kenya and Ethical Leadership with Stellenbosch University in South Africa.

She has served in leadership roles and as a board member in two CBO’s and Networks. She is very passionate about gender issues and its promotion at the workplace and in any other spheres of influence.

She has expertise in the fields of, but not limited to, Human Resources Management, Strategy Design and Development, Finance and Budget Management, Corporate Governance, Project Management, Partnership and Resource Mobilization. 

We are honoured to have Evelynn join our leadership team as a Board Member at Gender Tech Initiative- Uganda, as we take on our ambitious vision to create a community where women and girls are fully empowered to contribute to and lead in the innovation and program of science and technology.

GTI creates interactive and engaging experiences that promote STEM learning for girls who are often underrepresented in the field of STEM.

and seeks to bridge the digital divide gap by providing access to technology and digital literacy skills.
