Countering Online Harassment of Female Human Rights Defenders

The Gender Tech Initiative-UGANDA implemented a 2-month project to build the capacity of 40 female Human Rights Defenders (journalists, bloggers, female civil society heads, Feminists, Activists and the LBT) in Northern Uganda. The training was held in Gulu district but 10 of the participants came from the neighbouring districts (Kitgum, Lira, Arua and Pader )
